Terms of Service
The rules for using viralmeme.
Last updated: 2026-11-05
By using viralmeme.app you agree to these terms.
The service
viralmeme lets you pick a video template, upload a photo and receive an AI-generated short video. Results depend on your photo and the AI model and may not always match the preview.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
Photos you upload
- Only upload photos you have the right to use: of yourself, of a person who gave you permission, or of your own pet.
- Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
- Do not upload content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or that impersonates or harasses someone.
- Do not use generated videos to deceive people, for example by presenting them as real footage of someone.
We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and explains restrictions on misleading videos, harmful content and abuse of the service.
Generated videos
You may use the videos you create for personal and social media use. Templates and other underlying materials may belong to us or other rights holders. The site design and our brand remain ours. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos and for any additional permissions your use requires.
Credits and payments
- 1 credit = 1 second of generated video (minimum 4 credits per video). The exact cost is shown before you create.
- Purchased credits are valid for 12 months. Welcome credits may have their own expiry.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in USD.
- Completed purchases are generally final, subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove templates at any time.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, viralmeme is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
