Purchases

Credit packs and single video purchases are generally non-refundable after a completed purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a billing error is confirmed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Failed videos

If a video fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. This applies to single-video purchases too: the credits for that video go back to your balance so you can try again.

A credit return is not a refund to your payment method. A task that is still processing or being checked has not yet reached a final outcome; check its status in My creations before submitting another request.

Results you are not happy with

AI results vary with the photo. If a video looks wrong, use the feedback buttons on the result or contact Support — it helps us improve the templates. Successful generations are not refunded.

This general rule is subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Billing errors and refund requests

If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect or otherwise eligible for a refund, contact Support. Include the order number, purchase date, amount and reason for your request. Do not send full payment card details.

We review the request against the order record, this policy and applicable law, and communicate the outcome through your ticket. If a payment refund is approved, its settlement depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. We do not promise a specific processing time.
